I have just installed a ClearOS system for my brother on a Celeron Dual Realtek LAN system. It is an unknown Chinese make with a BIOS with more settings than I have seen. It is UEFI. There is no where in the BIOS to "ignore keyboard errors" or "no keyboard" etc.
I removed the USB keyboard and rebooted and as the graphic red login screen appears I get several errors about USB Port 1 reset error. Maybe the USB cable is bad? System works fine without the keyboard but I "think" or remember at one time there was a command or utility in Linux and CentOS, (maybe back in the ClarkConnect days) that one could add remove hardware so that errors such as this would not occur.
My question is, is there anyway to tell ClearOS that there is no USB keyboard and eliminate this error or warning?
Thanks
John

Thanks again Nick! I swear I googled it but the entire error and got a lot of results but this one came down with a few fixes. For just a router I don't need high speed USB.
I did fix it by finding in the BIOS xHCI enable, disable and Auto. The Auto mode worked! Still have high speed USB etc.
Thank-you!
