Hi There
I'm having difficulty installing ClearOS and hope someone can help me.
My Setup is as follows:
HPE Microserver Gen10 brand new out of the box
Toshiba 1TB Harfd Drive brand new installed in Slot1
I've followed the instructions here https://www.clearos.com/resources/documentation/clearos/content:en_us:kb_o_clearos_usb_installer
and created a USB
When I insert the usb (I've changed the boot order to pick up the USB first, secure boot is off, EUFI boot only is on) I just get this
"Some message about BASH-like line editing is supported."
then
GRUB>
(I've used ls to have a look at the USB drive and there is a EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI present)
Where am I going wrong?
Thanks

The HPE Microserver Gen 10 should come with ClearOS pre-installed. See if the box will simply boot into ClearOS without booting to USB.
If you have provided the hard disk, then to install ClearOS you will need to create some boot media. Your options are:
DVD
USB
Which can be used in:
DVD connected to media bay at the top of the MicroServer
USB DVD connected to any USB port
USB thumb drive formatted with ClearOS installation media.
You can download the latest ClearOS ISO from here:
http://mirror.clearos.com/clearos/7/iso/x86_64/
Once you have the ISO file, you need to image the disk. You can use instructions here:
https://www.clearos.com/resources/documentation/clearos/content:en_us:kb_o_clearos_usb_installer
The MicroServer will boot the USB in many ways, including a boot menu. I typically use the deliberate method from within the BIOS by entering the BIOS and on the Save tab, selecting my boot device from the bottom of that page.
The error you received usually happens if the USB has been improperly formatted. You should reset the BIOS defaults, save, and then try again.
