Hi all,
I don't know where to start, but this is a problem that I really want to fix.
I have 2 Plex servers running ... one on my Win10 media-center and one on my COS box (Gateway).
I used to be able to connect to both of them from my LAN, but since I reinstalled my COS box I am unable to connect to it.
The COS box server does not even appear after showing an error about that it is currently unavailable.
The Plex service on my COS box is running and I only opened a port for it so I can attempt to access it from outside of my network.
I am afraid to remove the media-center Plex server, because at least that one is still working.
When I attempt to follow these instructions, I get stuck at the first option.
Please assist,
John
Ps. please don't tell me to check the logs or something, because I would not know how to do that.

Your screenshot is not legible. Also, testing, it looks like you need the full URL http://your_server_ip:32400/web/index.html#!/dashboard" target="_blank">http://your_server_ip:32400/web/index.html#!/dashboard or http://your_server_ip:32400/web/index.html#.

Stupid forum formatting Perhaps try:http://your_server_ip:32400/web/index.html#!/dashboard" target="_blank">http://your_server_ip:32400/web/index.html#!/dashboard

Do you wish to learn how to, or are you unwilling to do anything llike that or what? I find that inability a bit surprising since your profile here on this site indicates you have been around for some 10 years, maybe more.
You realize that you are hand-cuffing any-body who tries to help by not being able to supply the information that may be crucial to fixing the problem. Plex server is run on Raspberry Pis here, but since they run linux expect their installation is very close to that on ClearOS. Plex logs are good at showing connection information. Here is a sample from a device outside the 192.168.2.0 network via 192.168.2.26. The Pi Plex server is 192.168.2.238 name dns-pi-2w :-

However, you are currently denying us this sort of information which makes trouble shooting very difficult.
By the way Plex uses 10 different ports depending on the Plex service. If you want to access your Plex Server over the Internet would strongly recommend using a VPN connecttion for security.
