I am testing ClearSO 6.4 in dev environment . I am having issue in multi wan failover

I have 4 WAN links at office,
TWO connected via PPPOE
two connected via static IP

It should not affect internet connectivity if one or two links goes down but here I found when single WAN link goes down I lose internet connectivity

Just now its happen to my gateway with 2 ppoe connection.
One connection is offline. Then the gateway become wrong, dhcp fail, internet offline, dns offline.
And then i delete the offline connection, the gateway become normal again with one connection.
Then i add again ppoe connection, its become abnormal again. Im sure its a bug.
Now i run my gateway with just one connection until the connection get normally from the isp.

I have a similar issue. I only have 2 WAN connections:

    eth0 is LAN
eth1 is WAN to a slow internet connection (weight 1)
eth2 is connected to FTTC VDSL modem
ppp0 connects to Internet via eth2 using PPPOE (weight 200)

If the modem is disconnected from the phone line, or the ethernet cable to eth2 is disconnected, ClearOs goes horribly wrong.

    There is no Internet connectivity.
    DNS stops working.
Traceroute to known IP addresses connected to eth1 stops working.
Ssh from the LAN to ClearOs stops accepting connections.

I found this out when the BT engineer came to fix my phone line.

What steps should I go through to report this problem, and provide useful diagnostics?
