Hi,
I am trying to setup multi-lan eth1 is local network. eth2 and eht3 are externals with comcast provider, configuration is following. Any help is appreciated.

I've just bumped into this post. I know it is old, but did you get it sorted?
The problem you have is that eth2 and eth3 are on the same subnets. You have to change this or routing will not work. You'll probably need to log onto one of your modems and change its LAN IP address to a new subnet.
