Summary, many many hours testing, even a new server instance setup and money handed over via store with the same result... Message ID Invalid (see attached screenshot)

Much testing checking raw file headers, teaching on raw code in mail archive web app shows perfect results, I know its working to collect the email... however only when asking the app to fetch a email archive does this fail.

There was a ton of clearos updates done in the last week or so and the fresh install today will also have these updates as part of yum update.

I have been using mail archive for 3+ years now without a hitch... dev team, any suggestions please.
