linode stack script failing - cant access clearsdn server - 403 forbidden

Linode stack script is failing to reach this address http://download2.clearsdn.com/marketplace/cloud/7/noarch/clearos-release-7-current.noarch.rpm

I wonder if it has anything to do with the problem in this post https://www.clearos.com/clearfoundation/social/community/errors-accessing-software-repositories
