I've implemented a forwarding rule for one user via the Webapp for that user. However, while mail gets received for that user, the attempt to forward it gets rejected. So, I always get a rejection email stating

The Kopano mail system has rejected your request to forward your e-mail with subject "Test 9" (via mail filters) to : the operation is not permitted.

Remove the rule or contact your administrator about the forward_whitelist_domains setting.

Even with the forward_whitelist_domains = * in Kopano's dagent.cfg, forwarding attempts get rejected.

Kopano's dagent log states:

Wed Nov 28 11:42:59 2018: [error ] [20093] K-1900: Address "" had no '@', aborting forward because we could not possibly match it to a domain whitelist.
Wed Nov 28 11:42:59 2018: [error ] [20093] Rule Forward rasiTV: FORWARD Unable to create forward message: no access (80070005)

Anybody ever run into this?

The rule was created in the webapp. I'm no longer getting email notifications saying Kopano rejected my forwarding request, although I'm never getting forwarded email either. The Kopano dagent log is giving off the same message I show above.

I haven't setup anything in Outlook to send or receive for this domain yet. It's not that I haven't tried. Outlook doesn't like my mail server settings. I've tried letting it auto-configure them, but it just sits in limbo forever. The newest Outlook doesn't allow for much user configuration. I wouldn't mind some advise on how I should setup my Outlook mail account when my ClearOS is set the way they are in the attached pics.

They are getting this rejection while using the webapp? Or are they using an email client, like Outlook.
