MY BAD... ya know.. when one fat fingers things on a keyboard and keeps reading the same error as correct, things just won't work right. Helps to, when one re-enters a rule to type it right.

I just had a pretty flawless backup from 6.9 to a new install of 7.6! Other than entering my ISP gateway wrong and it taking me hours to finally read (see) the error, ClearOS7 is pretty nice! I have a several custom firewall rules (and the restore from 6 added the $ in front of the rules), and several basic forwards for cameras and etc. All of my basic forwards are working well EXCEPT my IAX port 4569, UDP.

It appears to be blocked somewhere and I just am not certain where to look to see if it is being blocked somewhere by something for some reason.

Any thoughts? What should I look for?
