How to setup ClearOS on EC2 outside of USA?

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a ClearOS EC2 in Singapore, and only see AMI's for N. Virginia.
How can I set this up in another region, like Singapore?

    There is a StackScript/Linode installation thread here with the necessary script to go from Centos to ClearOS. I guess Peter would have to comment on whether it is still valid.

    I think Peter has a way to take a minimal CentOS install and simply convert it to ClearOS.

    That might work. but we should find a way to get an AMI there as well.
