Not sure what you mean by a kickstart ISO but you can certainly use the default ISO with a kickstart file. The best way I've seen this work is to just use the default ClearOS ISO and then put your kickstart file on an HTTP server and then call that resource from the network connected machine doing the kickstart install. For example, modify the install line from the ClearOS install media and add the following or similar:
inst.ks=http://10.3.2.1/mnt/archive/ClearOS7/ks.cfg
