I want to be able to create and use a secure folder from which I can serve a website and image files. I have looked into Flexshare and played around with it but don't understand how I can use it. There is already folder in my flexshare/shares/my website folder. So, I try to link the images directly from flexshare folder to my webpage to see if it will work, but it seems to not work. Any hints or glues will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Also note that if you have the Web Server app installed, /var/www/html is the same as /var/flexshare/shares/{your_default_website} and /var/www/virtual/{another_website} is the same as /var/flexshare/shares/{another_website} because of bind mounts.

Look into this link and ad-lib. Use something in conjunction such as Filezilla or Dropbox and away you go.

I love to plug Joomla when I can. There's a nice extension for Joomla called UserExtranet that's a decent alternative to an ftp site, if you're willing to learn how to use Joomla for a website.
