I am setting up a content filter for a church. I setup wifi APs with one ssid on the default vlan and a guest ssid on vlan 10. I setup vlan 10 in clear OS and DHCP for it. I can connect to guest wifi and get an IP correctly. I would like to apply stricter content filtering on the guest wifi than on the worker's wifi. Is that possible? I am using the Content Filter Engine v 2.3.1 on Clear OS 7 (Final). Working with conf files is not a problem, if that's required.

I have no idea if you can do what you want with the content filter. It would mean examining the Dansguardian documentation. Also be aware that ClearOS may stomp on some of your changes. If you make the Proxy authenticated, you can use groups for filtering - see https://documentation.clearos.com/content:en_us:kb_o_clearos_guides_setting_up_content_filter_policies. This is a bit different from what you asked but may achieve the same.

If you used Gateway Management instead of the Proxy/Content Filter, filtering is by MAC address, so again, not exactly the same but may be able to achieve what you want.
