I have bought the Intrusion Protection Updates package and in my system log im getting a error that saying it needs a update but its failing.

I have restarted the service but im still getting the error. The snort service is still doing its job and blocking traffic.

Error from the system log

    My problem has been solved by clearOS suport. The problem was that the community version should only recive the intrution protection updates once a month.

    I tried doing a yum update but it din't change the version of the intrusion protection updates. I will raise a TT about it. Thanks allot for the quick replay

    If you have a subscription can I suggest you raise a support ticket? Having said that looking at your first error message, try a "yum update" first.
