Dual WAN Router
Hi, I'm a newbie and I'm planning on installing ClearOS as my gateway. I have a Mikrotik Hex with dual WAN. I understand that ClearOS has Multi-WAN capability but it clearly says that it does not aggregate bandwidth. Is it possible to put my ClearOS gateway behind my multi-wan router?
In Multiwan

To aggregate bandwidth, it must be in cooperation with your ISP, possibly unless you run BGP. Even if the Mikrotik can, it must be in cooperation with your ISP and not via two different ISP's. The exception to this is multithreaded applications such as BitTorrent where even ClearOS can use multiple external connections.
If you put ClearOS behind the Mikrotik, then, as far as ClearOS is concerned, it only has a single WAN and will work fine behind a MultiWAN router. You will, however, have double NAT that you will have to manage for any port forwards.
