so I guess the DHCP Identifiers are unique? no they can be changed here's an example,

see those custom ones like Stuido69 are PC names, now why can't we edit those, it's linux anything is possible and okay so if they are not editible why is there no option to label leases esp if you make it a static lease.

it's really hard to figure out what my devices are if I can't update their id's base on mac address or something at least.

I sort of agree. You can change the entries by adding them to the DNS Server (which updates the hosts file). This then overrides what the machines declare themselves but you do need to use static leases. It would be nice if you could do it all from the one screen.
A better solution would be to move away from /etc/ethers for the static leases and /etc/hosts for the "Identifier" override and instead write to a file to /etc/dnsmasq.d/ with "dhcp-host" records which will kill two birds with one stone. See man dnsmasq.conf for more info. This is covered by feature request #1955 which I am about to move over to GitLab.

Any volunteer contributions would be appreciated.

BRILLIANT, that's wonderful that's exactly what I was looking for in clearos and am actually quiet surprised it's >.> something that has been left alone since 2014 :/
