Does anybody knows if it is possible to block some mail with spamassassin based on the subject.
I get every day some spam mails with same subject text, but from differrent account

I've found this LINK and created a rule in /etc/mail/spamassassin
But it doesn't work

Have a read of /etc/postfix/header_checks.

Possibly dangerous. I don't know what happens if you make a mistake in a rule that does not parse correctly. I think it can also slow down a mail server quite a lot. I seem to remember that from the references I read years ago when I found and started using this file. I believe the checks get hit multiple times when receiving a single e-mail. Spamassassin may be the better route but I've never investigated it.
