Hi,
I'm new here and I'm struggling to find a fix for this issue.

I've setup a Gateway and am trying to block some sites (inc Facebook). I have got a list of users in a group. Created a specific group for blocked sites. Added users to that group. created an App policy and put facebook within the banned sites. But no matter what I do, it will not block anything.

I have tried it globally too, but nothing. Any site, be it HTTP or HTTPS gets through. Its completely not working. is this a know issue or something I am doing wrong?

as I said, completely new here and to this area (kinda landed on my desk and desperately trying to get this up and running!)
