I'm trying to login to ClearVM / witsbis.com to re-download the setup ISO. I logged in fine a few days ago but today it's kicking me out in Chrome and IE. In Firefox it's holding my login but shows blanks under each setup step. Under Store it shows 'Loading...' and stops. Bug or maintenance or me? Thanks!

Any update? My account is also affected. I thought it was something to do with my machine so I rebooted the host server. Now all my VM's are dead and I can't turn them on. I need them back up pretty badly. Any eta on the bug fix?

Is there any way to start the machines from the command line in the meantime?

    Thanks!

Do I need to submit my usernames for ClearVM to make sure they get fixed?

I know this doesn't help much right now but this thread could help you get in the underlying KVM and be able to manage them without the web interface in the future.

Totally awesome! You can't imagine how relieved I am. I was about to loose a client, because of the issue.

I should clarify that when I said I had down time twice in the last two months, the one time was specific to my account and not system wide. But I still consider it a bug in ClearVM. Try changing a NIC and you will find out what I mean.

Thanks so much for fixing this.

Jared, thanks for the tip. That is great to know.

Thanks for the info. Still doing that as of this a.m. I'll try again tonight. (Just to clarify: it's doing that on Chrome. Firefox holding the login and showing info. But I can't download the image.)
