Hi everyone, I'm writing here again for a new problem. I can't figure out where to add sites not to be blocked, I mean 100% trusted sites. It often happens to me that well-known and safe sites are not visible. My configuration is proxy + GM, content filter OFF. I manage everything from GATEWAY MANAGEMENT with 5 lists: No internet 4 devices, VPN_List 15 ip, unfiltered only me, Basic_black list 65 user, black list GOLD only 15 users with fewer restrictions.

The Whitelisting policy is a very different beast as it blocks a whole stack of stuff unless expressly allowed, but it is the most powerful policy. You will probably get a lot of unblock requests at the beginning, but it should settle down. There are stacks of pre-prepared unblock rules already available.

Ok, I had never tested the whitelist because I noticed that it didn't have safe search and porn filters

GM does whitelists as well. In My Rules go Create List and from the dropdown select Whitelist. Any Whitelist rules created appear in the Allow the Good policies. Blacklist and Rainbow rules appear in both the Blacklist and Whitelist Policies.

Hi, my proxy not is in trasparent mode! In GM i can create only 1 rules for block some site, not for unlock! Beaucause GM operate only blacklist?
Anyway I figured out how to get around the problem! Even if I don't like the solution ..... The problem with some sites is due to Default treatment set on CLEANBROWSING ADULT FILTER! I changed it to ADGUARD FAMILY PROTECTION. Now I have to understand if I will have other limitations with this filter. What interests me is blocking everything that is insecure in a company and all the porn!

Silly question. Why use the Proxy if you are using GM? It slows everything down and means in GM you cannot identify traffic from different machines. If the Proxy is in transparent mode, it only filters http and not https as well, which is not really worth it.

In GM, create a whitelist rule set in "My Rules" and then toggle it on in the in your Whitelisting Policy, but if you are running Blacklist policies, your rule set in "My Rules may have to be a "Rainbow List" which points to your external DNS resolver.
