ClearOS 7.1 Beta Testing Using ClearVM - Quick-Step-By-Step

For folks who would like to test both ClearOS 7 Beta and ClearVM at the same time here are some quick steps.

1. Setup a ClearVM account at www.clearvm.com
2. Download the ClearVM Livevisor on your hardware
3. Select Store > Add Bookmark

4. Add Image bookmark based upon the following

5. Start the VM installation

6. Follow VNC connection instructions
7. Follow ClearOS 7.1.0 beta 3 release notes

8. Provide testing feedback, if desired :)

    @Duncon Colhoun - The ClearVM account set-up worked smooth for me, even with out the cut/pasting hint.

    @All - Wondering where the Docs / Directions are for the ClearOS 7 beta.

    Hi

    Setting up an account at ClearVM is not working - always get a login error when trying to login. I then do a password reset and this also gives an error.

    Anybody else having this issue?

    UPDATE

    Clicking on link in email to reset password did not work. Copying the link and pasting it into a browser then allowed the password change.
