catchall email and ClearOS 7.9

Has the catchall email functionality been restored in ClearOS 7.9? I'm still running 5.2 just for the catchall email functionality and I would like to upgrade to ClearOS 7.9.

    No they have not and it opens you up to receiving shed loads of spam. Why do you need it and how many valid users do you have?
