    Add to the linuxefi line. Try adding:
    clocksource=acpi_pm
    or read the thread to see how to find which you have available to you.

    I don't know wich parameter to change.
    Right now its
    linuxefi /images/pxeboot/vmlinuz inst.stage2=hd:LABEL=ClearOS-7.6.0.256189-x86_64 quiet
    initrdefi /images/pxeboot/initrd,img

    What should i change or delete / add.

    I didn't realise it was that early in the installation. Please can you then try changing the boot up line in grub. You get a few seconds when it is booting and showing you the kernel screen to move the cursor so you can get to the boot parameters. You will want to change the linux16 or linuxefi line.

    This problem is when I'm trying to install ClearOs, I have no Operating System installed. From the emergency mode I can't install or update, at least with yum, Ron, etc.

    What version of microcode_ctl do you have ("rpm -q microcode_ctl")? My current is 2.1-47.el7, but I see that 2.1-47.2.el7_6 is available in clearos-centos-updates. Can you try updating to it? I don' know what functionality you have in emergency mode. If you can't get hold of the file, I can probably make it available to you.

    Alternatively, what other clock sources are available to you:
    cat /sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/available_clocksource
    You can try them on the grub boot line by interrupting the boot when prompted then adding to the kernel bootline:
    clocksource=acpi_pm
    or whatever
