Hello,
The network card on my ClearVM host recently went bad, so I needed to replace it. I have successfully changed the card and the server is booting up and accessible within the web portal. However, since changing the NIC a new server has been created in the portal and my old server with the VM instances is till showing as offline.
What do I need to do to get my VM's back and associate them with what is showing up as a new server in the portal?
Thanks!

Just in case anyone else runs into this problem and wonders what to do. As of this writing, the only option is to contact support and pay them $250 to fix the issue (if you are using the free version). It seems unreasonable to me that they require you to pay for fixing an issue caused by doing something as simple as replacing a NIC. I consider it a bug in their product.
But they were very helpful and friendly and fixed the issue promptly. If you have this issue simply call them and they will open a support case. Then they will move all your VM's from the "old" host to the "new" host. -
