What happened to the code tags I asked for? I've had to put them in for you. And sorry, but I am not prepared to troubleshoot a firewall issue when you run a drop all, allow by exception policy. You also need to understand how round robin DNS servers work in this case and how they give problems to the firewall. In all liklihood you will get a completely different set of IP addresses from me for pop.bizmail.yahoo.com.

There is no reason for the connection to fail unless you have done something to it yourself. Can you dump the firewall with:
    iptables -nvL
Put the results between code tags.

Also check your Application Filter, if you are running it. This may also be the solution to your earlier Cloudflare issue.
