hello every one, finally after many years trying, i can block adult content on clearos with transparent proxy, this is what i did

instead of your dns ip provider, use Norton dns to block adult content, i works really well, some time takes a little to take efect the new dns ip, or some time i needs to restart the server, but when takes effect, blocks all adult content
En lugar de usar la DNS de su proveedor, use la DNS de norton, bloquea todas las paginas con contenido para adulto o pornografico en la red, a veces toma algo de tiempo en tomar la nueva DNS o incluso hay que reiniciar, pero cuando ya la toma, funciona de maravilla

Next step is to force safe search on google and bing
El siguiente paso en forzar el safesearch en google y bing
Go to DNS server and make a new entry for this ip 216.239.38.120 (this is the ip for safesearch.google.com) hostname and alias put www.google.com, www.google.de, www.google.com.ar etc... all google domains you want
Ir a servidor de DNS y añadir una nueva entrada para esta IP 216.239.38.120 (es la ip de safesearch.google.com) y en alias poner www.google.com y otros dominios si es necesario, www.google.com.ar; www.google.com.br etc...

same thing for bing, new DNS entry for this IP 204.79.197.220 and hostname www.bing.com
La misma cosa para Bing, nueva entrada para esta IP 204.79.197.220 y nombre de host www.bing.com
and thats all, you have now force safe search on your network and porn sites bloqued
Y eso es todo, ahora esta la busqueda segura por defecto en la red y los sitios porno bloqueados, espero les sea util
