After a fresh install of ClearOS I have issues with "Automatic DNS Servers" for some reason the DNS server provided by my provider are not imported. I'm not completely sure but I think I have seen this issue before when I installed ClearOS last summer. So I now have set DNS manually. Please let me know if I have to provide more information.

Are you getting any entries in your messages logs for dhclient. They won't be very verbose.Dhclient supports verbose logging but I can't see where to set it as it seems to be started by the networking process rather than started directly.
Can you give the contents of the relevant ifcfg file and also /etc/resolv.conf, /etc/resolv-peerdns.conf and /etc/dnsmasq.conf? -
