Art no showing

Just after install, I added my music libraries and no info for cover art or artists were fetched from the internet.
Same thing happens with videos, no covers, and no subtitles, I have the sub located in the same folder and with the same name as the movie file.

I had no problem with previous installations.
I'm I missing something?

    I was already thinking in trying the Plex Pass, and I paid for 1 month.
    And just after I relogged on Plex re refreshed the librarys all worked.
    I'm assuming that it needs Plex pass to work...
