I can't add an trusted domain to the owncloud configuration.
-In the webconfig, you add a domain but will not be saved in the config.
-Manually adding the domain in /etc/owncloud/config.php is working, but after a period it is removed and there is a copy of config.php as config.bak
-Adding the domain through Owncloud when you log in and he is asking to trus this domain is the same as manually adding
Is this a bug with the ClearOS config ?

Yes...there is a script that sets that automatically. In Webconfig, disable "Auto Configure Trusted Domains" or make sure the domain you want to trust in either the server hostname or listed in your Apache's aliases.

The solution is sometime too simple..... ;-)
The domain i've added is my standard (non-WWW) domain.comwith WWW.domain.com
